Poor thing!

So Kaitlyn had a rather rough day! In the house we are staying at, the entire house, with exception of the bedrooms, has tile for the flooring, trim, and counters. There is a step from the entry way to the living room and Kaitlyn will trip on this often. Today she went running to the bedroom and tripped and smacked her head on the tile step. Ugh! That's such a nasty sound when they hit their heads. I picked her up and looked her over. She smacked the bridge of her nose on the edge of the tile step and it swelled and turned blue right away. We got ice on it and she cried, and cried. She will probably get a black eye or two from it.
Then we had some friends over for dinner. We sat outside and ate dinner and let the kids play. Not once but two times she tripped on the garden hose and scrapped her knees on the concrete. She was pretty sore and her little knees are all beat up! So I was going to blog about our trip to the aquarium the other day, but I got too busy taking care of our little girl and didn't get it done. So hopefully I will have pictures up soon of our trip. Until then, I'm going to go pray over her for God's protection- seems she could use it :-)!
